Do the same check with one of the competitors who claim to be selling real titles and you will find that their domain is sometimes only a year or two old yet claiming to have been online for over ten years.

One of the people even advertised that the land was registered with the official Land Registry when there is no legal organisation in Scotland of that name. Scotland uses the General Register of Sasines with the CEO equivalent known as the “The Keeper of the Registers of Scotland”.

Indeed we even identified some people in Germany who were trying to resell land on eBay they did not own and helped shut them down to prevent any more people losing money to internet fraudsters.

If you are being offered other Lord and Lady titles make sure you are not dealing with people selling in breach of the law. It is a legal offence to buy or sell titles and you may recall even Tony Blair (the UK Prime Minister) was questioned at great length as well as other senior members of the Labour Party about people making donations in return for political gifts of Lordships.

The law and traditions of Scotland is very different and according to the treaty merging Scotland with England (& Wales) clearly states that the law is governed in a different way. It is still is over 300 years later. With both partners in our company being born in Scotland and living in Scotland we abide by Scottish Law which governs all our transactions.

We know these people exist on the internet but we are not approving of their standards and want to completely dissociate ourselves from them.
