This site collects cookies. (Cookies are very small pieces of software which will record the fact you have visited our web site  We do not store nor will we ever attempt to access any personal information by using them.)

In order to use this web site, visitors and/or members are not required to complete our registration form.

During registration a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. It is only gathered to contact the user about services on our site for which s/he has already expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide demographic information however this information will never be used to build any information database about any user and unique identifiers (username, password, etc).  Giving additional information helps provide a more personalized experience on our site, but is never required.)

Registration is not required to enter any part of the public areas of our site.

When placing an order for one or more of our products.

We require information from the user on our order form.  A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and possibly financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  However for your full security the latter is seen only by our third party payment collection service.  In the event of being unable to process the order fully because of uncertainty or missing details we will use the information to contact the user.

 This information is used:

  • for shipping and billing purposes.
  • to fulfil customer's orders.
  • maintaining a list of owners of the land we sell.

Before we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors of this feature through a pop-up screen on our site.

We publish a newsletter but we will never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses. All users of of our web site can choose if they wish to subscribe to this newsletter. Every edition of the newsletter has its own unsubscribe link automatically built in.  The same applies to any auto responder that may be sent after you have given us permission to do so.

As we are based in Scotland UK we are not required legally to comply with the US anti-spam legislation however we do state our intention not be in breach of that legislation at any time. We will never for example send correspondence by email to anyone without permission asking them to consider buying any product from us. We may however legitimately contact other business owners on a one-off basis to ask if they would be be willing to work in collaboration with us on a joint venture or project. This would however be done on a personal one to one basis and not by sending the correspondence to a large list of people.

We occasionally operate online surveys but we will never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses or any other information gathered.

I fully understand why these filters exist but they are filtering out legitimate email as well as the SPAM emails.  I hate people who send out those unwanted emails but I hesitate to say what I would love to do to the people who send it it is probably against the law to even write it.
